• Every order is meticulously packaged to ensure its safe arrival. However, in the unfortunate and unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately to arrange a return. If you return the item to us, preferably in its original packaging, we will gladly offer a full refund, including postage. Please note that return postage will be at your expense.

Returns Policy:

• If you find yourself unsatisfied with your item(s), you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

• Upon returning the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging, we will provide you with a full refund, excluding the original postage. However, please be aware that return postage will be at your own expense.
